These terms apply to your use of cleanershull.co.uk and to any cleaning service you book with Cleaners Hull ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

About us

Cleaners Hull is an independent cleaning company based in Hull, UK, offering weekly cleans, builders cleans, gutter cleaning, oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, solar panel cleaning, hot tub cleaning and swimming pool cleaning across Hull and all HU postcodes. Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided by phone, email or through our website form are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed once we've seen the property or have full details of the job, and may vary from an initial estimate if the scope of work is different in person. Quotes are free and come with no obligation to book.

Bookings and access

Once you confirm a booking, we'll agree a date and time with you. Please ensure we have safe, reasonable access to the property and to any areas or items that need cleaning. If access isn't available at the agreed time, we may need to rearrange, and a missed-appointment charge may apply if reasonable notice of a cancellation isn't given.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. This lets us offer the slot to another customer. Repeated late cancellations may affect future availability.

Payment

Payment is due on or shortly after completion of the work, using the method agreed at the time of booking, unless we've agreed different terms with you in writing (for example, for an ongoing weekly clean).

Our responsibilities

We carry public liability insurance and take reasonable care with your property at all times. We'll let you know as soon as possible if we notice anything relevant to the job, such as pre-existing damage, before starting work. If something is damaged as a direct result of our work, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Your responsibilities

Please let us know about anything we should be aware of before we start — fragile items, specific product requirements, pets, alarm codes, or areas to avoid. We can't be responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from items or areas we weren't told about.

Website use

This website and its content (including text, logo and images) belong to Cleaners Hull and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date but can't guarantee it's error-free at all times.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the value of the service booked.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
